We are looking for people who will support our children to achieve their best and fill them with a joy of learning. Experience as an LSA isn’t essential as we are committed to developing and training our staff and utilising the skills people can bring to the role. What is vital is that you enjoy working with children and find pleasure and excitement in helping children to learn new things, discover their talents and support them to overcome the difficulties they can face. It is also essential that you are flexible, adaptable and willing to problem solve and work as a team with a wide range of colleagues. The position is open for an immediate start (or as soon as possible) and is a permanent fulltime role. Depending on your skill set and preferences, we have opportunities in both the lower and upper key stages.
