Field Support Supervisors with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our community service teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Field Support Supervisors to join us in leading our supported living services in Peterborough This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Our Field Support Supervisors will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues with the purpose of helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives. You could be developing and implementing person centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions/appraisals, completing medication competencies and medication audits, attending mutli-disciplinary meetings, completing reports and generally assisting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Field Support Supervisors regularly visit their services and spend time with the people we support.

You will also take part in the on-call rota (although this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service).

• A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one

• Knowledge of strategies and techniques for supporting students with hearing impairments or communication difficulties, including visual aids, communication devices, and sensory resources.

1. Prioritise and input confidential and sometimes sensitive staff changes and leavers into the HR System (ESR), ensuring correct authorisation and Finance approval where required. Ensure high level of accuracy to ensure the employee is paid correctly and to meet payroll deadlines.

2. Monitoring quality and accuracy of data received from Managers and other ESR Users, identifying and resolving any queries.

3. Provide specialist ESR system advice to user across the trust at all levels


4. Provide support to ESR Employee Self Service users, including issuing usernames and passwords and assistance with initial access and navigation of the screens via email and user helpline. This can be complex due to the English not necessarily being the employee’s first language or the IT literacy skills of the employee. Assistance to users requires a high level of patience and accuracy of explanation


5. Provide support to managers and ESR Supervisor Self Service users including how to gain access and navigation of the screen via the user helpline.

Role Purpose
