You will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature and be able to support him to further develop his independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking. It's important to note that, when distressed, he may have anxiety or on occasion show behaviours of concern so PBS or ABA experience would be highly desirable.

His home is close to public transport, within a short walk from the bus stop and train station. There is also free onsite parking available. He has his own car for support workers to use to take him out and about (clean driving licence required).

As a Contact Centre Coordinator, you'll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer-focused attitude. Thanks to your logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems, you'll be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environment.

As a Contact Centre Coordinator, you will:

• Expertly handle all contact with our customers

• Make good use of a variety of channels, including calls, emails, live chat and social media

• Ensure the customer journey is always seamless

• Be part of an exciting, varied and dynamic environment

• Cover varied shifts (between Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays, 9am to 1pm)

• Deliver excellent customer service, every time.

• Competently and confidently adhere to a Hybrid working model, with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site when required.
