Reporting to the IT Manager, this role will be the first line point of contact for the delivery of excellent IT service across TCV. The role holder will be responsible for maintaining the call logging system queue, responding to queries in line with operational requirements and be responsible for the general maintenance of computer, audio visual and communication equipment, including mobile devices to TCV staff.

You will also proactively support the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager with the installation and testing of new hardware and software. You will have previous experience of monitoring system IT logs, alerts and scheduled reports, escalating these as required.

Experience is also required in using and supporting Windows 10, Windows 11 and Server 2022 as well as in supporting the Android Operating System and apps.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the MSK Therapies Team within East Sussex as an MSK Care Coordinator working with the wider Musculoskeletal rehabilitation service.

This is a substantive post and a new role in our service. As such we are looking for someone with patient facing experience and exceptional communication and organisational skills. You will be a key instigator in the role’s development and will need to be able to work flexibly within an evolving remit within the MSK team and wider Trust Rehabilitation Services.

Telecare Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to work in the community across the Doncaster area as part of the Home Emergency Alarm Response Team.

These roles are within the Home Alarm service which allows individuals to remain living independently in their own home by providing telecare equipment to enable them to summon help in the event of a fall or emergency. You will be required to respond to these call outs and assist where required. The service runs over 7 days per week and you will be assigned a rota pattern for 3 on 3 off.
