Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or debt collection (call center preferred).
• Entry-level candidates with the right skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Meticulous, independent, and organized team player with a sense of urgency.
• Positive, friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Additional Information

• Location: Aljunied
• Compensation: Up to $2,050 basic + $50 shift allowance + monthly commission (earning potential over $3,000).
• Working Days/Hours:5.5-day week with alternate Saturdays off
  Monday - Thursday: 9am-7pm or 10am-8pm (rostered)
  Friday: 9am-6pm
  $50 shift allowance provided for two weeks of 10am-8pm shifts
