For the successful Customer Relations Executive our client is offering:
• Salary up to £27,000 per annum
• 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
• Permanent Position
• Benefits: Company Car, Holidays, Pension
The role - Customer Relations Executive :-
• Visit customers in the field / to their site for management of their enquiries and complaints
• Planning own diary and making appointments to see customers with the aim to resolve complaints and maintain a continued trading relationship
• Ability to manage a workload through a CRM system
• Dealing with a variety of initial queries, remaining customer focused to find the most suitable conclusion
• Engage in contractual matters and negotiation of rates where applicable
What our client is looking for in a Customer Relations Executive : -
• Experience in a customer service role - ESSENTIAL
• Customer relations and complaint management experience - ESSENTIAL
• End to End Complaint Resolution - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent communication, inter-personal analytical and Microsoft skills
• A full driving licence and flexibility to travel for meetings/training/site visits - ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 1-year experience within retentions - PREFERRED
