Purpose of the role

Responsible for proactively resolving Customer Services queries from a select portfolio of Key Accounts. You will receive queries

Key Responsibilities

• Be the initial point of contact for Customer Service queries received by telephone and email, recording all required information
correctly on Sunrise CRM.

• Taking full ownership of queries from start to finish you will investigate and resolve Customer Service queries, such as Late
deliveries, Damaged deliveries, Temperature excursions, Delivery ETA’s & Shortages etc.

• Fully accountable for updating Clients on query updates and ensuring that Client are aware of the investigation status and its
progress.

• Liaise with Warehouse & Transport teams to investigate the root cause of any service failures, identifying preventative and
correct actions.

• Record and process Goods Uplift/Returns requests and liaise with the Client/Customer as required.

• Liaise with Clients and Customers in a courteous & professional manner, keeping them updated throughout the query and realigning
their expectations when required.

• Proactively manage all open Incidents ensuring that they are closed as quickly as possible in line with Customer and Movianto
SLA’s.

• Support the Internal Key Account Manager, providing information when required.

• Process Order Upgrade Requests and ensure that the correct party is billed for the additional cost.

• Log all Adverse Drug Reaction/Product Complaints, forwarding them on to relevant individuals and departments.

• Log and process Customer complaints in line with the complaints procedure.

• Monitor Critical Consignment deliveries reporting all required information to the Clients as required.

• Maintain administration, filing & Client specific KPI’s.

• When required attend internal and external Customer conference calls/meetings to discuss Customer Service issues.

• Actively participate in process improvement projects, contributing and assisting the Internal Key Account Manager.

• Identify and escalate any potential financial loss issue within the business.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with children/young people (age 0-19) and their families, supporting schools to enhance the experience of children and young people with visual impairment. The Service provides support to children and young people who have additional support needs of which a visual impairment is a contributing factor, in the pre-school, primary and secondary sectors.

This role is peripatetic outreach, visiting children/young people in education settings, homes, and any other relevant environments.

Some of the work undertaken by Vision Service includes,

1. Specialised assessment of children and young people with visual impairment, including assessment of vision, pre-school development and communication skills.
2. Provide consultancy and training where appropriate for schools and partners in supporting pupils with visual impairment.
3. Supporting schools in curriculum planning, preparation of materials, adapting the learning environment and use of technology to allow access to Curriculum for Excellence and wider achievement. Working alongside staff from Mobility and Habilitation Specialists, support the implementation of programmes according to specific pupil needs and capabilities.

As a Clinical Lead, you will work closely with our nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our homes. Supported by our management team, you will ensure our residents receive the best care, meet their needs through excellent nursing and clinical care, and actively contribute to all clinical delivery.

Reports to: Home Manager



This role could be for you if you have;

- Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team.
- Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team.
- Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for promoting best nursing practice and able to train, support and mentor others.
- A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance.

Qualifications required for the role

- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
