We're recruiting for a FM Services Officer to join our busy FM team at HMP Ashfield, an adult male sex offender prison based in the village of Pucklechurch in South Gloucestershire.
A large part of this role is painting and decorating across the site however as part of the team you will support with system reactive and preventative maintenance, additional works to all aspects of security systems, fire detection, life safety equipment and any other equipment within your capacities.
You will work as part of a close-knit team and deliver on accountabilities including
- Advise the Line Manager of the progress on the contract
- Participate and comply with material ordering and procurement procedures
- Assist in multi trade support of other members of the FM service team in completing work
