You will be expected to exceed sales quota by creating and implementing strategic account plans targeting Enterprise wide deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform. Partnering with a systems engineer, you will displace competing technologies and build market share within your targeted list of major accounts.

Responsibility :

1. Coordinating with service at branch offices in performing service hygiene and pest control work

2. Receiving customer complaints and informing the complaint to the service team at the branch for follow-up and treatment / inspection

3. Assisting the sales team in presenting product introduction and pest awareness to customers

4. Assist the sales team in making service / treatment work schedules and monitoring actual treatment to customers

5. Assist the service team in conducting inspections and making work reports requested by customers

6. Attend coordination meetings that discuss the progress of work requested by customers

7. Assisting the administration team to collect evidence of service (docket) which has been done by the service team at the branch

8. Assist regional NKAs to carry out surveys and cooperate with branches for the implementation of work

9. Ensure that regional NKA customers receive service quality according to standards

10. Assist regional NKA customers in facing food safety audits

1. Bachelor Degree from Biology, Entomology, Kesehatan Masyarakat or Agriculture
2. Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring consistency of approach & process across all Customer Support teams.

What you will do:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team
• Motivate, coach, inspire and develop everyone within the team
• Ensure that support cases are prioritised in line with agreed parameters
• Take ownership of customer escalations on a regular basis, striving for timely resolution and performing root cause analysis where required
• Manage the performance and development of everyone within the team. This incorporates 1:1 reviews, supporting personal development plans, ongoing coaching and conducting 6 monthly and annual performance development reviews
• Proactively manage and plan the resolution of all outstanding customer support cases within your area of remit. This includes driving resolution %, whilst also effectively managing aged support cases, with up to date plans to resolve all outstanding cases.
• Effectively plan and review resource availability of the team to ensure adequate resources are available to meet forecast demand. To reassess plans on an ongoing basis and make any necessary adjustments to shrinkage.

Specific accountabilities:

Drive up-front customer alignment and goal-setting
* Participate in internal handover meetings organized by AM to understand Account Plan and customer context
* Orchestrate Amadeus roles in engaging customer in upfront goal-setting and design – including external meetings with (key) decision makers to agree on program KPIs, method for tracking, and program design elements
* Co-create success plan with buyer / decision makers, codifying program value-driving outcomes
* Set clear expectations on engagement model with stakeholders building stakeholder map, communicating role of CSM, and with implementation communicating resource requirements, and risks, based on customer deployment readiness

Ensure early adoption and usage
* Share progress updates to key buyer / decision maker on implementation journey working with implementation team
* Lead final “go-live” meeting – with key administrators and decision maker post implementation to align on deployment
* Proactively check-in during first 90 days post launch discussing key data points (user/admin login rate, number of active users) and tactically problem-solve ways to boost adoption
* Share helpful resources and collateral content with administrators in early stages to support deployment

Manage ongoing customer health
* Proactively review key metrics, reach out whenever they drop below target, and problem solve ways to drive adoption
* Lead monthly, mid-year and annual business reviews to discuss whether Amadeus is progressing towards value and opportunities for improvement based on success charter and KPI tracking (via automated dashboards)
* Play coordinating support role whenever customer runs into frustrating technical challenges by activating individuals with relevant expertise to address these and feeding back progress updates

Support AM in renewals and expansion (upsell)
* Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and engage with relevant team (Pre-Sales and Account Management).
* Check-in regularly with AM to discuss opportunities for account growth (in line with AM account plan), and ways to address bottle-necks to growth.
* Support AM in renewals preparation, being pulled in by AM to share customer progress towards value (Customer Success Plan) that AM will use to drive renewals treatment
