The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Executive Support Team at Gower College Swansea where you will work as part of a friendly corporate administration team within the College’s executive office.
The Executive Support Team provide highly efficient, professional and confidential support across a range of administrative duties to the College’s Chief Executive Officer, Principal and Executive Directors. The team is fast paced and constantly striving to improve and seeks to meet our aspiration of excellence in everything we do through a supportive and inclusive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Executive Support Manager
Support the efficient day to day running of the Executive Office
Responsible for a portfolio of meetings - agenda setting, minute taking, and ensuring follow-on actions are carried out and tracked accordingly
About you:
Possess excellent organisational skills
Awareness of the high level of confidentiality within your day to day responsibilities
Able to work calmly under pressure
Used to working in a very busy and demanding environment
Reliable and flexible to meet the demands of the role
Use your own initiative on daily work tasks, with the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
Highly developed communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
