We have a highly unique role for a Reward and Recognition Assistant to work within the wider reward and recognition team, to ensure all admin tasks associated with Maria Mallaband reward and recognition offerings are up to date and completed.
Responsibilities
- To proactively manage a variety of tasks associated with Reward & Recognition – e.g. starters and leavers, letter production including mail merges, invoices, Reward email inbox, across our benefit providers
- To provide advice and guidance to help colleagues with Reward & Recognition questions, e.g. job grading, pay, benefits
- To maintain and promote relationships whilst working collaboratively with the wider People Team and broader business functions
- To contribute and support in the development of Reward & Recognition policies and processes, ensuring they are up to date, effective, efficient, whilst underpinning our Company values
- Support with the annual cycle of Reward and Recognition activity in line with the existing comms plan
- Provide support to the broader HR Team on HR Workflow system
- Provide analysis based on various data sources to help inform decision making
- Knowledge and Experience Required
- Experience of working within Reward & Recognition or an HR Environment
- Exposure to benefit administration and development
- Exposure to grading systems and pay benchmarking
- CIPD level 3 or comparable business experience
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work with and present data using Excel
- Competent working knowledge of all system based tools, including Microsoft Office
