Senior Field Service Engineer – Field Support & Automation
Responsibilities:
· Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process and software
· Perform installation / de-installation from layout to commission
· Trouble-shooting and customer support
· Perform continual improvement program, parts overhaul, preventive measures, modification and repair work on equipment
· Provide technical advices/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost objectives
· Liaise with customer for design conceptual and requirement
· Keep track of engineering changes, prepare and update machine operation manual all documentation
· Preparation of technical issue report
· Responsible for 24/7 on-call duty
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical
· Engineering/Semiconductor or its equivalent
· Good communications & organization skill
· PC relevant knowledge
· Self-motivated, responsible and team player
· Service job experience or customer facing experience preferred
· Own transport will be an advantage
