The University of Portsmouth invites you to join our Student Service Delivery (SSD) team as a Senior Service Delivery Analyst. In this essential role, you’ll support students by providing responsive, IT assistance to help them make the most of campus resources. This is your chance to work in an impactful campus-based team, providing multi-level support and enhancing student experience.
In this role, you’ll handle 1st-level (phone/email), 2nd-level (on-site), and some 3rd-level support to students, serving as a go-to for complex issues. You will also have opportunities to lead smaller projects and assist on major university-wide initiatives, this role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of innovative IT solutions for the campus community.
This role offers an exciting pathway for growth in a collaborative and supportive environment. Not only will you be instrumental in supporting students’ success, but you’ll also benefit from ongoing development in technical and project skills.
The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and experience working within a strong customer focused environment.
