Our goal is to find exceptional Achievement Support Assistants who will inspire our students to unlock their full potential. The ideal candidates should have prior experience working one-on-one and in small groups with pupils who require additional support. They should possess excellent teamwork skills, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative.
