Job Responsibilities
· Work with all stakeholders to assist in maintaining high level of customer experience standards
· Answer or make calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products and/or services
· Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel valued
· Provide excellent and consistent level of customer service
· Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
· Key role involves performing outbound calls to existing customers to remind customers of their upcoming vehicle maintenance and invite customers to book their appointments early
Job Requirements
· Preferably with a Diploma in Commerce or relevant field
· At least 2 years of relevant experience as a customer care specialist in a Contact Centre or Tele-marketing environment
· Excellent customer services skills and pleasant telephone etiquette
· Possess strong accountability to high quality of service
· Possess strong communication skills
· Familiarity with Sales Force CRM / Digital transformation will be a plus
