Due to ongoing growth they are looking for a dedicated and self-driven estate agent who can bring a strong knowledge of the Gloucestershire housing market.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a wider team to continue to uphold their excellent reputation! Alongside this you will need to be organised, with a keen eye for detail as well as having the have confidence to communicate with people both face to face and on the telephone and email.

Responsibilities:
-Carrying out valuations
-Creating property brochures and making live once a take on has been agreed
-Identify client requirements and matching them to those to in their property portfolio
-Carrying out viewings on live properties, making offers and completing offer documents
-Building a great relationship with both vendors and applicants
-Working towards individual targets
-Working with the wider team to hit branch targets

This varied role will see you undertaking a mixture of PPM and reactive maintenance across the site to ensure it is completed within a prompt time frame to ensure it doesn't impact the student experience.
You will be investigating issues to establish the cause of the damage then undertaking repairs yourself or liaising with respective sub-contractors to arrange repairs.
To comply with the highest levels of professional standards and promote a positive health and safety culture in line with the existing H&S Infrastructure.

You will be a tradesperson or a technical individual, ideally with a Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering background, capable of maintaining and repairing M&E Plant and building fabric.
You will be competent in using hand and power tools and have the ability to undertake general maintenance work as required.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established business who have been operating for over 160 years.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Receipt processing.
-Assisting with banking cash & cheques received.
-Checking of creditor invoices.
-Dealing with invoices and supplier queries.
-Completing with weekly payment runs.
