Your New Role
As a Senior Solicitor in the Alternative Legal Services (ALT) Real Estate team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Real Estate transactions, asset management, and due diligence projects. You will work closely with the London Real Estate team and liaise directly with clients and counterparties. As an experienced qualified lawyer, you will frequently act as a direct point of contact and are expected to take the lead on certain matters and projects, escalating to the senior team who will support as necessary. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and support the development of our junior team including Solicitors, Trainees, Senior Legal Analysts, and Legal Analysts.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Essential:
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or Northern Ireland. Republic of Ireland or other common law jurisdictions will be considered.
- At least four years' relevant PQE.
- Proven track-record of relevant real estate experience.
- Strong legal skills, including drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Foundation level people management and business development skills.
- Good understanding of law firm profitability and key drivers for financial efficiency.
Desirable:
- Willingness to complete the process to re-qualify in England and Wales, if required.
