Job Scope

• You will be responsible for delivering unique, concise, and engaging long and short format videos for a variety of platforms—the company Social Media.
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the videos look professional and that they accurately present our products/services and align with our brand guidelines.
• In this role, you will be expected to oversee the production of video content for product launches, promotional events, social media campaigns, and similar marketing initiatives.
• Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
• Analyzing and following a script, screenplay or outline when performing edits
• Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voiceovers
• Adding graphics to enhance footage
• Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file 
• Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
• Working closely with Directors to present a final product that matches their vision 
• Making revisions to edits upon request

Office Location : Sri Petaling/Johore

Office Hour : 10am to 7pm (Monday to Sunday) Off one day a week

1) Lead RFQ and new assessments, organize technical feasibility reviews.

2) Organize or guide relevant personnel to conduct product demand analysis and outline design, and output outline design plans and design materials.

3）Take on technical research and solve difficult problems in this professional field during product development.

4）Participate in product technology planning/technical pre-research, participate in department standardization projects, and participate in department competitiveness projects.

5）Organize the establishment of design specifications; assist supervisors in training and improving the capabilities of existing engineers, and timely summarize and consolidate the application of daily work.

6）Complete other tasks assigned by the leader, guide subordinates, and help employees grow.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience in Cadence OrCad, system capture and familiar with EE/RF simulation tools.

• With proven track record in Design & Development of Audio/Video Products.

• Able to travel abroad: China, Vietnam, Europe, US, and Japan.

Job Descriptions:

1. Mechanical design creation process, throughout complete NPI phase.
2. Master concept and architecture engineering, providing mechanical engineering and knowhow.
3. Assessments and recommendations e.g., on material and process choices based on mechanical design principles, supporting design for perfection, longevity and magical elements.
4. Along with Master Architecture, Create mechanical constructions and make proof of concept by design review, rapid prototyping & simulations.
5. Work out with suppliers for exploration and product development, transforming proven concept and architecture into product requirements.
6. Work closely with Quality organization and vendors to ensure product and process validation.

Job Requirements: 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field is often required.

With proven track record in mechanical design, specifically within the audio or consumer electronics industry.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with audio product design, including speakers, headphones, or other audio devices.

Technical Skills: CAD Software Proficiency, expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) for designing and modelling components.

Prototyping and Testing: Experience with prototyping techniques and knowledge of testing standards for audio equipment.

Material Selection: Understanding of materials used in audio products for optimal acoustic performance and durability.

Thermal Management: Knowledge of thermal dynamics, as audio devices often require effective heat dissipation designs.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address design challenges and improve product performance.

Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, acoustics experts, and manufacturing personnel.

Other Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes: Understanding of injection molding, metal stamping, fit and finishing, CMF, tolerance analysis, stack up FMEA, and assembly techniques relevant to audio products.
• Knowledge of Industry Standards: Awareness of regulatory standards for audio equipment, including safety and environmental guidelines.
• Staying updated with the latest trends in audio technology and mechanical design tools is also crucial for an expert role in this field.
