Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the fragrance development activities for Personal wash category in ASEAN region
- To lead the personal wash category creative fragrance management team in Takasago Singapore, providing strategic direction for delivering category growth in the region
- To manage all internal aspects of the projects (coordinate with Perfumers, R&D, Applications Lab, Marketing, CIMR and Sales/Sales Service) and interpret customer’s briefs.
- Set up action plans for important briefs with clear schedules and execute olfactive strategy to support overall success of the projects assigned.
- Active involvement in guiding/discussing with Perfumers in the creative/modification process, developing a common communication platform with the Perfumers.
- Evaluate and decide on the selection of commercially winning fragrances to drive the win rate in the category with key customers
- Maintain regional or global visibility, internally/externally and network with other Creative Centres leveraging on their capabilities, when necessary, to complete project assignments.
- Effective use of the fragrance library for the categories assigned as starting point for most briefs.
- Maintain an active and updated fragrance library – identify gaps and develop fragrances from interesting key product launches for creative interpretations.
- Market/product familiarity – awareness of the needs, trends and consumer preferences in the Asia Pacific region.
- Participate in the interpretation of consumer test results together with CIMR.
- Join the Affiliate Sales Team in customer visits, whenever required.
