Job Summary
Responsible for the production of drawings (both 2D and BIM) in compliance with Company standards and regulatory requirements within the project timeline with guidance from BIM manager/Assistant BIM Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for all drawings & BIM Model development required by the project including production of BIM Model, Submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination,
construction drawing, as-built etc
Update drawings and BIM models in accordance with BIM statutory requirements and design and document Control procedures e.g. BCA/HDB BIM Guide
Prepares drawings & BIM Model accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes,
calculations, dimensions for construction or building works.
Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism. (Quality, due diligence and
Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted
Liaise with authority on submission matters as required under the supervision of senior technical
Maintain project documentation and records
Prepare reports, letters, presentations to authorities
Conduct Site walks and inspection as required

Who should apply
Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience as BIM associate or equivalent
Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
Diploma or Degree in Architecture / BIM or equivalent
Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and execute and adapt to new process procedures and
workflows
Ability to work in a fast paced organization
Experience working in Archi firm is an advantage (not a must).
