• You will accomplish and coordinate planning and technical services to identify existing or develop technical work documents which define detailed requirements necessary to accomplish authorized work for assigned projects.
• You will possibly serve as a Technical Work Leader for a section or project providing technical direction to other employees who are responsible for technical planning and scheduling of complex assignments.
• You will accomplish and direct job planning and engineering services to prepare or revise work definition documents (summaries) which define authorized work boundaries, work scope and man-hours required for work accomplishment.
• You will coordinate assigned engineering and planning work within the project team and with related work in other sections or branches.
• You will provide services to accomplish troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving technical, administrative, financial and scheduling problems related to assigned work.
• You will provide expertise and training on industrial planning and estimating processes, as needed.

• You will provide expertise and consultation services on cultural resources products and services to clients within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) and to Navy activities and higher commands on a broad range of cultural resource matters and issues.
• You will represent the Regional Commander on tribal relations intercultural interactions, tribal government-to-government consultations, with various state, federal, DoD, and Navy officials.
• You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
• You will evaluate performance of employees and approve/disapprove performance awards for subordinate employees.
• You will serve as the principal civilian consultant to the command on Cultural Resources program management.
• You will determine and manages all program requirements for command Cultural Resources products and services for NAVFAC Northwest and for NRNW.

Our Entertainment Team Managers are responsible for the organisation, logistics and daily delivery of our Haven Entertainment proposition.

Working alongside the park Head of Activities, Entertainment Teams Managers are required to engage and inspire their cast members to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to, targets are achieved and that they are driving continuous improvement.
