Senior Creative
Asia – based in Singapore.
We believe in Extraordinary.
At Jack Morton we create head-turning, stomach-dropping, mind-boggling, smile-inducing brand experiences for everyone. It’s the future of marketing and there’s nothing passive or predictable about it. We promise every day will be different than the previous one in a very good way.
We take care of each other, as much as we take care of business. We marvel in each other’s uniqueness and revel in what each of us brings to the human potluck that is Jack.
So, if you want to help shape the future of an entire industry, welcome. If you feel work, and the people you work with, can be extraordinary, let’s chat. We’re Jack, and we can’t wait to meet you.
That brings us to you.
You are a Senior Creative who generates big, brave, bold creative ideas and develops how those ideas come to life. You’ll report directly to the Senior Creative Director of the Jack Asia office. We are looking for candidates with a background in copywriting and definitely with events experience.
You are you, and we would have it no other way.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop innovative and cohesive creative strategies for experiential events, ensuring that concepts align with brand goals and audience engagement objectives.
- Developing the expression of those ideas across all experience media – most importantly live events, but also promotions, consumer, retail, digital, social, mobile, and environmental.
- Translate creative concepts into compelling presentations using mood boards, sketches, or digital renderings, helping clients and internal teams visualise the event.
- Participating in the development of the creative brief and partnering with the strategy team to ensure the work delivers on the brief.
- Partner with project managers, production teams, designers, and clients to bring ideas to life, ensuring the creative vision is consistent throughout all phases.
- Collaborating across the office and worldwide agency’s community of creative, strategy, growth, and operations colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices.
- Presenting your ideas in a compelling way to internal audiences and clients.
- Engage with clients on project work, building trust, and strengthening overall agency relationship.
- Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if…
- 5+ years of overall creative experience preferably at events or experiential agency
- A strong creative pedigree with a track record of delivering effective and outstanding creative work with a background in art direction, graphic design, or copywriting.
- Ample hands-on work experience (you are a “do-er” – art director or writer)
- Engaging presentation skills and a track record of successfully selling and executing strategic creative ideas.
- An unwavering curiosity for creative and cultural innovation.
- An unmatched passion and energy for your craft, Jack Morton, and brand experience
Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
