We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail to join our centralised HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team, to contribute to the development of our People & HR services to schools and provide admin support to the central team. You will be part of the People & HR team providing a cohesive, effective and supportive service across the trust. You will be responsible for the processing of HR paperwork, issuing contracts, monitoring absences, and assisting with the recruitment processes for the trust, as well as providing admin support for the central team and assisting with the running of the monthly payroll. We are looking for someone with a sound practical knowledge of HR and MIS systems although full training will be given. We are looking for someone who is a team player, who has good communication skills and is flexible and organised. You will need to have a willingness to learn and grow.
