Due to planned expansion, we are looking to appoint five personal care assistants. We are looking for individuals with enthusiasm and energy who can put children and young people at the centre of their work. At Fountaindale we are passionate that every day matters for children and have our children and families at the heart of everything we do.



Our personal care assistants work as a valued part of the class team to support the physical and emotional wellbeing of our pupils. The role is varied, active, and above all, rewarding. Your role will involve promoting pupil independence, supporting pupils with their personal and postural care needs, following individual behaviour management strategies and supporting children to access learning. Full training will be provided.

Your New CompanyHays Education are working with a Mansfield-based primary school who are looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming office team. This is initially a temporary opportunity, however it does have the potential to move to a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Your New Role You will be working in a busy office environment and will provide a comprehensive range of clerical, administrative and financial support to the school community. Whilst carrying out your role, you will ensure confidentiality, GDPR and safeguarding is continuously adhered to.
As well as general school administration, you will be expected to undertake a range of financial management processes and oversee financial matters with the support of the office manager and head of school. You will be working on a full-time, term-time-only basis.

This position entails working under the direction of the First Aid Manager. In doing so you will be providing exceptional and caring customer service to all guests regardless if the guest is non emergent or emergent in an emergency triage area. Job Summary

Responsibilities

Experience Qualifications

Experience with sales is more important than financial services experience. KeyBank provides the tools and training, but we need relationship builders with a curious nature who are great at sparking conversations. (required)
• Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports. (required)
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking. (required)
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful. (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence, as this role will require significant influence of partners such as Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals. (required)
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.). (required)
• Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key (required)

Licenses and Certifications

Mortgage Loan Officer/Loan Officer (MLO/LO) Classification

Employees in this position are required to comply with all rules and regulations of The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (The SAFE Act). Employees hired or transferring into this position will need to meet the qualification requirements, in Key's sole discretion, under Reg. Z, prior to acting as a loan originator in a consumer credit transaction secured by a dwelling. Qualification requirements include but are not limited to an assessment of overall financial responsibility, character, and general fitness through review of a criminal background check, credit report, and information about any administrative, civil, or criminal findings by any government jurisdiction.

Physical Demands
