About the Role
Pay Details: Grade 4 £23,500 - £24, 294 pro rata. (Approximate actual starting salary at £18,661)
Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week. Term time only

Due to expansion, Ysgol Y Deri are interested in recruiting a school administrative assistant to provide admin support to the School HR Manager.
You will undertake a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently and with initiative. Working closely with the HR Manager you will support the effective operation of the schools HR department.
About you
You will need:
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Be familiar with the use of IT and be proficient in its use. Be highly organised and have the ability to work as part of a team. You will attend meetings and take minutes and assist with clerical support to the HR manager. You will maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality and keep accurate and up to date records as required. Undertake any other associated administrative tasks as required.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
DBS Check Required: Enhanced
EWC Registration Details: It is a statutory requirement that applicants for these posts have to be registered with the Education Workforce Council before they can start work in a school.

Salary:Marie Curie Pay Scale, aligned with AFC Band 2 £22,720 pro rata per annum Hours/Contract:Permanent 37.5 hours per week Based:Cardiff Hospice Closing date:16th May 2024 Interview date:TBC As our Patient Services Clerk, you will work on our In-Patients Unit, based at Marie Curie Hospice, Penarth. You will work alongside our Office Administrators, and as part of the wider Administration Department for Marie Curie Wales. You will be responsible for completing In-Patient administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will attend weekly MDT meetings, and action allocated tasks as required. You will build strong working relationships with clinicians and provide administration support as required. You will demonstrate compassion towards patients and visitors, and understand your role as patient-facing, non-clinical support.
