Accounts Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as our Accounts Administrator
The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative workflows such as raising sales invoices, recharge invoices, bank reconciliations etc. as requested by the Sales Ledger Manager.
What will you be doing?
- To raise all sales invoices / credit notes required in a timely manner.
- To reconcile all allocated control accounts in a timely manner.
- Process all receipts, payments or journals for designated bank accounts.
- Prepare the bank reconciliation for the designated bank accounts and meet all expected timelines – both the weekly and monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with any credit control workflows as and when required.
- Support the Sales Ledger Manager with any ad-hoc workflow requests.
- Posting Journals
Who are we looking for?
As our candidate you will display the following skills, experience and knowledge:
- Strong Microsoft, Word & Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to organise work and accommodate to a changing and fast paced environment.
- Have the ability to prioritise workload.
- Good timekeeper
- Accuracy and attention to detail. Must have a pro-active attitude with the ability to manage allocated workflows in an efficient way.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with a variety of different stakeholders.
