Our Public Sector Client is looking for a temporary worker to join their team as an Admin Officer to join their Investigation Team. This is a currently a temporary role until September 2024, but it is highly likely this will be a temporary ongoing role. The role is 37 hours a week, working Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The role is onsite during the initial 6-8-week training period, but there is an opportunity to work on a hybrid basis one training has been fully completed.
The pay rate is £11.88 an hour, paid on a weekly basis.
This client is hiring for multiple departments, so the duties may vary slightly. Your day-to-day duties may include:
- sorting and filing mail
- scanning documents
- data entry on Microsoft office (word, excel) and in house systems
- updating on case progress
- supporting the Investigations Team
- helping to produce reports and highlight concerns in order to support the investigation
- using Microsoft Outlook to correspond with people internally and externally
- working to deadlines
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 12 months of admin experience.
