Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Source and obtain quotations for various products and services that the Group requires eg. Company transport arrangement, repairs of building facilities etc.
2. Summarize and recommend which vendor is most suitable, in written submission to management for their decision.
3. On monthly basis, check that we have received all the usual invoices and check if the amounts are correct before submitting to management for endorsement to proceed for payment.
4. Assist to communicate with Office Cleaners on their job.
5. Be an active part of the Admin team and help the team meet its objectives wherever required.
6. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management.
Minimum Requirements
a. Minimum 3 years working experience in office administration.
b. Possess strong organization and time-management skills.
c. Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
d. Experience in handling corporate events, vehicle fleet, booking of business trip flight and hotels is a plus.
