Performs administrative duties
• Supports the Aftersales Manager / Service Manager with administrative activities and paperwork
• Prepare documents for approval
• Monitor leave application for approval
• Monitor over time submission for approval
• Assists with all subcontractors PO / sublets
• Conducts follow up according to subcontractors’ last activity
• Ensures office supplies are sufficient and to order
• Safekeep uniforms and safety boots and coordinate ordering
• Knows the relevant KPIs for his or her target achievement
• Ensures the smooth cooperation between all interfaces
• Filing of all documents and scanning and archiving
Supports the warranty department
• Makes sure that all customer data are updated
• To submit warranty claims
• Take part in warranty disposal
• Ensures warranty documents are submitted on time and error free
• General administration of all warranty matters
Customer care with call centre and reception
• Liaise with call centre on customer requests
• Assist with CCR-S
• Assist with VOC scores and response rate
. Minimum 1 year admin or working experience .
• Follow up on feedback and requests for Service Assistant and Advisors
