The Western Learning Federation is looking to appoint an Administration Support Officer. We are looking for an individual who can offer excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a track record of working within a school environment.
This exciting role will support a number of key areas of administrative and finance tasks of responsibility across the Federation. We are looking for an individual who has a keen interest in finance with an understanding of the Council’s SIMS Finance Management System, alongside:
1. Processing invoices
2. Raising Purchase orders
3. Co-ordinating all aspects of financial systems
4. Supporting the Finance Manager and Business Manager, as well as the wider Federation and school’s leadership teams
5. Providing an efficient administrative and financial administrative support i.e filing, updating spreadsheets, housekeeping on our Finance Management Systems
6. Responding to suppliers
7. Supporting the co-ordination of panels across the Federation
