Salary is based on 40 hours a week, made up of 32 Hours gym floor with 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you will drop your gym floor hours to maximise your PT earning potential of up to £40,772.16 OTE.

Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.

Our Public Sector client are currently seeking an Administrative/Telephony Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis based at HMCTS Bury St Edmunds.

The role is Monday to Friday with a working week of 37 hours per week. This role works on a Hybrid basis (3 days Office Based 2 days working from home) however the successful applicant will be required to attend the office for the first 2 weeks for training. The rate of pay is £11.88 an hour with holiday entitlement and pension scheme available. The client is based next to the bus station and is therefore easily accessible by public transport and based close to local amenities for those days that you do attend the office.

For this role, the successful candidate would need to be fully confident with speaking on the Telephone as this is a primary part of the position, as telephony work is a task that will be carried out on a heavily regular daily basis, however day to day duties will also include -

• Deal with calls for some county courts across the country and are family related
• Answering calls to people regarding hearing dates
• Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
• Producing court/tribunal documents.
• General photocopying and filing.
• Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input.
• Post opening and dispatch.
• Booking, preparing and organising meeting rooms, supporting training courses and other group activities.
• Preparing meeting agenda, joining instructions, handouts etc
• Collecting and assembling information
• Checking and verifying documents and records
• Processing casework

Post Title: PA to Headteacher / Clerk to Governing Body

Governors of this popular, successful and oversubscribed 11-16 High School are seeking to appoint a committed, motivated and enthusiastic PA to Headteacher / Clerk to Governors to join our administration team (Grade 9 actual pro-rata salary approx. £26,943 - £29,527 pending pay award). The successful applicant will be employed to work 37 hours per week (term time only + 10 additional days).

The PA to Headteacher post will involve a wide range of administrative support to the Headteacher, including diary management, filtering emails and calls, minuting meetings, writing reports and creating presentations. The post holder will also lead on recruitment across the school, advertising posts, arranging interview panels and setting up new employees with the Local Authority. You will also be responsible for monitoring / recording staff attendance and organising attendance management meetings.

The Clerk to Governors role involves organising the termly governing body meetings, along with the termly sub-committee meetings (these may be in the evening). Compilation of the agendas and supporting papers for distribution to governors, attending the meetings to minute and keeping various records on behalf of the governing body is also required. Full training will be provided in these areas, along with job shadowing if needed.

The Technology Enabled Care Team is Bury Council’s in house service that provides technological solutions to help retain an individual’s independence at home. The service also incorporates ‘Carelink’ which is a 24/7 social alarm service that runs in partnership with an external provider to support and monitor community alarm units, which enables vulnerable people to live independently with easy access to help in an emergency.

The service is currently undergoing a transition from old analogue telephone-based systems to a wider range of digital solutions, and its an exciting and rewarding time to be involved in this growing area of social care.

The successful post holder will play a key role as part of the service, which is currently based at Bradley Fold Industrial estate, Bradley fold road, Radcliffe.

Duties will include receiving and processing of T.E.C referrals, speaking to existing and prospective customers and their representatives, the set up and programming of various tech solutions on offer to customers connected to the emergency call system as appropriate to their circumstances and conducting associated administration.

Previous experience of assisting vulnerable people along with excellent, clear English communication skills is essential. Appropriate training will be provided for the computer applications used, but experience and confidence in the use of windows-based applications would be desirable.

Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
