The post holder is required to provide a comprehensive secretarial support to the Freedom To Speak Up Guardian and Deputy Freedom To Speak Up Guardian, this will involve liaising with other departments, organising electronic diaries, maintaining records, taking notes at meetings, operating a bring forward system and preparing papers for relevant meetings.
