• Manage and inspire our administrative team
• In charge of overall company order department (including customer invoice, DO, PO, update recording to system)
• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations department.
• Spearhead initiatives that enhance productivity and refine process / procedures.
• Maintain and manage the corporate calendar and execute events
• Collaborate with our internal programmers ensuring smooth operations for our systems.
• Manage content and communication channels, ensuring the department stays informed and connected.
• Approve purchases, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies in consultation with the stakeholders.
• Work closely with other department and HQ, playing a key role in supporting company-wide initiatives.
• Supervise administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office functionality.
Requirements:
• Experience in office administration, with at least 2-3 year in a supervisory role, including remote team.
• Dynamic and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, manage, and organize tasks and projects effectively.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Proficiency in office software and Autocount systems, with the ability to liaise with other teams.
Working Hours
Mondays - Fridays 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm
