We are delighted to be able to share with you an opportunity to apply for the role of Admin Officer at Filton Hill Primary School within the Olympus Academy Trust. This post is a full-time, permanent position but part-time, job share opportunities may be considered.
Filton Hill Primary School is a calm, happy and friendly school with an inclusive culture. They are a one form entry, which gives a real homely, community feel.
You will manage all monetary transactions within the school including purchasing, credit control, staff expenses and generating sales invoices. Therefore, experience in this area would be advantageous but training can be provided.
The right candidate will:
• Be educated to a minimum of GCSE standard Grade 4 or above (or the equivalent) in Maths and English
• Be computer literate
• Have first class communication skills and the ability to build effective/appropriate relationships with children and adults
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Be able to prioritise your own workload
• Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
