My client is a leading international private banking and wealth management group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Hong Kong as a Vice President in the Financial Accounting Department. This role requires a strong background in both HKMA regulatory reporting and financial reporting, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing presence in the region. Position Purpose:

Oversees all Analysis, Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities performed for the Joint Ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month end closing process, ensure completion and accurate financial reporting deliverable.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions
• Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard for accounting functions and reporting integrity
• Provide support on annual budget, periodical forecast, cash flow projection in accordance with management assumptions and commercial data
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth flow of audit process
• Liaise with tax representatives and professionals regarding the tax and other relevant matters
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Degree qualified or other professional accounting qualification with more than 5 years’ post-graduation experience
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standard, statutory accounting and reporting.
• Familiar with corporate financial system and process, proficient in corporate tax management and related tax laws and regulations
• Mature, independent and work well under pressure.
