Job Description:
As the Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of audit and compliance operations. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this exciting field.

Job Responsilibites:
- Plan, forecast and confirm audit schedules
- Generate & check reports, updating corporate website and coporate materials.
- Prepare quotations, agreements, invoices, verifiy and reconcile project claims.
- Apply travel VISA, search cost and time effective air fares and hotels, liaise with clients on traveling logisitics
- Managing multiple internal systems and processes, accurate collation of information to senior management.
- Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situation
- Diary management of project progress and team members’ project timeliness.
- Arrange courier, office/equpiment/pantry supplies, schedule interviews, apply work permits, orientation, attendance taking, update corporate website & basic housekeeping.
- Assist in personal errands of GM
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Adminstration, Operations Management or Computer Science
- Fast learner, able to work in moderate to fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking competency and able to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with high ability in organising your tasks
- You must be able to communicate well verbally and in written form to our Taiwanese speaking clients
- Proficent in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
