Principal Accountabilities
· Support the Area deployment of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives Global Talent initiatives and cycle plan activities through application of standard processes/ tools / data / insights ensuring regional and BU alignment of priorities.
· Aims to ensure a seamless and integrated delivery of Area-wide development solutions across the APMEA – North Area which have approximately 1500+ employees across more than 50 different markets (incl. Global Travel Retails).
· Provide active support for Regional HR related operations & initiatives execution in line with global governance framework.
· Contribute to drive the H-ESG agenda for APMEA Area as Social pillar lead by developing & deploying area Health & wellbeing initiatives through providing thought leadership, analytical insights on business challenges and identifying solutions
· Act as a key member of the APMEA North HR team, to provide support to the Area Talent strategy/ agenda and implement initiatives across the Businesses/ Functions/ Markets by working closely with Head of HRs in respective markets & Area Head of Talent, OE & Inclusion – North.
· Conduct ongoing research in external HR trend, best practice to support designing and implementing fit-for-purpose talent agenda, learning along with deployment of solutions and tools, in line with global framework and governance.
Business
· Support delivery of DE&I agenda in the Area to ensure the approach and execution is in line with group strategy to support new area integration.
· Understand each markets’ people-related challenges from the angles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and culture aspects in the Area and support the ideation of strategy and solutions in addressing the challenges.
· Ensure all deployments (i.e. DE&I initiatives & Health & wellbeing projects) are in adherence to relevant global policies, procedures, standards and execution requirements.
· As a key member of APMEA North HR team, orchestrate with various stakeholders to provide support via different channels – (i) Communicate and cascade key information on DE&I agendas (ii) Engage and collaborate with Area Talent managers to deploy necessary initiatives/projects
· Support delivery of the regional learning curriculum and talent interventions
Leadership
· Contribute to articulate Area’s desired outcome and provide clear directions to the team to drive success for the North Area
· Foster healthy relationships with senior leaders/ stakeholders to drive and support multiple DE&I and Health & Wellbeing agenda
· Active member of the APMEA North HR team
· Attends other committees and forums on request
