The specialist nursing role will actively contribute to the on-going development of the Vascular Access Service across the trust and ensure that it delivers and promotes best practice in the care and management of all vascular access devices, promoting aseptic non touch technique to reduce the risk of device related complications and in particular infection. The post holder will provide specialist service and support and deputise for their line manager in the management of their clinical specialty and in conjunction with the Infection, prevention and control team. Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage customer enquiries and resolve issues from the beginning of the case to the end, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience for customers. This is a permanent position offering a salary of £27,000 per annum with hybrid working available after training.

You will be joining the customer service team at a really exciting time. Due to increased growth, the team is expanding and are looking to add an additional team leader to their structure. The organisation is a prestigious, well-known brand.


Your new role
As a customer service team leader, you will manage, motivate and develop a team of approximately 7 customer service agents who will ensure daily performance is maximised and contribute to the development of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency. You will be the point of escalation for complaints or complex matters that cannot be resolved by your team. You will work with the head of customer service to ensure the team deliver a first-class customer experience. You will be joining at an exciting time of growth where customer service advisors will need to be trained and developed to high standards.
This role will be office based to ensure the right level of training and support can be given.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates that demonstrate a passion for providing a positive outcome in a complaint's environment. You will also be at the point in your career where you have started to manage customer service agents and have a keen interest in building and developing their skills.

It'd be a huge benefit if you had an understanding of consumer rights law and FCA requirements.
