Tugas dan Tanggungjawab Pemandu Group CEO

1. 1. Tanggungjawab Utama
   • Mengurus dan memandu kenderaan rasmi Group CEO dengan selamat dan cekap.
   • Memastikan CEO tiba ke destinasi tepat pada masanya untuk mesyuarat, acara rasmi, atau perjalanan lain.
   1. Penjadualan Perjalanan
   • Merancang laluan perjalanan untuk memastikan perjalanan yang lancar dan mengelakkan kesesakan lalu lintas.
   • Mengemaskini jadual perjalanan CEO berdasarkan arahan yang diterima.
   1. Penjagaan Kenderaan
   • Memastikan kenderaan sentiasa dalam keadaan bersih, rapi, dan terjaga baik (dalaman dan luaran).
   • Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan berkala, seperti servis, pemeriksaan minyak, tayar, dan brek.
   • Memastikan dokumen kenderaan seperti cukai jalan, insurans, dan lesen memandu adalah terkini.
   1. Keselamatan dan Privasi
   • Memastikan keselamatan Group CEO semasa dalam perjalanan.
   • Mengekalkan kerahsiaan maklumat berkaitan perjalanan dan tugasan CEO.

   • Memberikan laporan segera sekiranya berlaku kelewatan atau masalah teknikal yang tidak dijangka.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor, be responsible for, and be accountable for outlet upkeep and performance, including NPS targets, online reviews and outlet facilities management.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the Head of Wholesale Operations on assigned tasks.
• Host Outlet meetings at the Outlet level to listen, support, and provide solutions to staff members to achieve goals.
• Maintain outlet cost management, service quality improvement, staff development, and retention.
• Coach, guide, and collaborate with the inhouse team to increase outlet efficiency and performance.
• Focus on customer experience and oversee entire outlet operations and ensuring smooth operation flow.
• Manage all outlet personnel to provide administrative support for operations; shift planning for support availability through the outlet opening hours.
• Manage ad-hoc projects and assignments from management as needed. Collaborate closely with the Purchaser / Inspectors and other related stakeholders to achieve optimum efficiency.

Requirements :

• Qualifications: 3 years' experience in the Service / Fashion Industry is an added advantage.
• Required Language(s): English and Malay; knowledge of other dialects is an added advantage.
• Discipline: Punctuality, result-driven, and a good working attitude.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced computer skills, and knowledge of reporting tools and report analysis.
• Must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess good discipline along with a professional and pleasant personality, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities.
• A keen eye on details on the outlet appearance and facilities upkeep to provide a safe working environment for staff and a comfortable environment for customers.

Responsibilities of a TikTok Livestreamer Host include, but are not limited to:

• Host engaging and entertaining livestreams on TikTok, captivating audiences and driving viewer engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with viewers and pass on important information such as product specifications and promotion mechanics to audience.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the TikTok livestreaming space, to constantly improve and innovate our livestreaming content.
• Collaborate with the other team members to develop and execute livestreaming strategies that align with our overall brand goals.
• Create unique and compelling content for livestreams, such as interactive experiences, to keep viewers entertained and coming back for more.
• Establish a strong online presence and cultivate a loyal fan base by actively engaging with viewers during livestreams, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community.
