As a User Researcher you will be responsible for:
• Working on a complex programme that has a direct impact on NHS staff and the public
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to conduct user research to understand the needs of healthcare professionals and patients
• Leading user research to enable user centred design of inclusive services
• Providing user insights that will inform the design decisions made throughout the Agile process from pre-Discovery to go live, aligning these back to strategic objectives
• Acting as a champion for users, advocate for their needs to ensure that the work of NHS England is generated by and grounded in user needs

• We work with people buying software across the primary care landscape to support them in finding and buying software that meets their needs, has been assured, and is fit for purpose.
• We work with suppliers to provide them with a route into market for digital clinical systems.
