32.5 hours per week
St Mary’s & St Patrick’s RC Primary is a vibrant and exciting school in the beautiful valley of Maesteg, in the Archdiocese of Cardiff. There are currently just under 200 pupils on roll. We pride ourselves on being a close knit, one form entry school with a strong feeling of community. This an excellent opportunity for a teacher to join our small, supportive and friendly team and provide outstanding opportunities for our pupils. You do not have to be a Catholic to teach at our school; all we ask is that you uphold our Catholic values and fully participate in the Catholic life of our school.

be a qualified teacher who can demonstrate a successful track record in facilitating academic development and a creative and engaging teaching style
track record in leading an area of school development plan, with success
have the ability and experience of teaching across the progression steps
have experience of teaching ALN children
have excellent classroom management skills
be able to use their own initiative and become a vital part of our team
be hard working, enthusiastic and dedicated
