ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The incumbent will serve as the Audit Sustainment Team Accountant within the Audit Readiness Branch (SIOPS), Enterprise Property Management Division (SIOP), Installation Operations Office. SIOPS is responsible for supporting the Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E) audit remediation activities, providing liaison and communication between the Team Lead and Branch Chief staff as well as assistance to NGA offices with regard to PP&E audit sustainment support and requirements. SIOPS oversees and implements PP&E audit remediation/readiness activities.

As part of the Audit Sustainment Team, provides guidance and works with a team of contractor logisticians, budget analysts, and accountants supporting the NGA objective to achieve an unqualified audit opinion. Assists with monitoring and reporting on the efforts to correct the PP&E material weakness and related Notice of Findings and recommendations (NFRs), provides input to the Multi-Year Corrective Action Plan (MCAP), engages with MCAP owners to address impediments or concerns, and communicates PP&E Audit Sustainment status to the Team Lead. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position serves as the Employee Relations Specialist, in the Human Development Client Services Office (HDC), Human Resources Operations Division, (HDCTR). In this position you will act as an expert advisor to management and the workforce on a variety of employee relations issues, including matters of conduct, discipline, time and attendance, and poor performance. As a member of the NGA Employee Relations Team, you will collaborate with and/or advise colleagues in the Human Resources, Security, General Counsel, and the Inspector General offices. Major duties include, but are not limited to:

Program management

• Process all Prior Authorization Drug Request Consults for Fredericksburg HCC providers, and if necessary, assist with any in the Central Virginia health Care System.
• Provides pharmacist oversight for VA Community Care Programs by reviewing and entering outside prescriptions and Prior Authorizations written by VA Community Care Programs providers for patients enrolled at the medical center.
• Develops, implements, and manages programs to optimize drug therapy costs, including participation in the development of disease management programs.

As a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (VICT ADV) (SAR WF) (Title 5), GS-0101-11, you will perform the below duties:

1. Assists victims of sexual assault and domestic violence towards the process of recovery, through advocacy and resource information. For SAPR sexual cases, the victim advocate will operate under the supervision of the State SAPR performing duties which include, but are not limited to, crisis intervention, safety planning, referral, ongoing non-clinical support, and serves as a resource on available options to assist victims in making informed decisions regarding reporting options and care. For Domestic Violence cases, the Victim Advocate will operate under the guidance and direction of the Director of Psychological Health (DPH)/Behavioral Health Officer (BHO) developing an appropriate plan of assistance and intervention which provides for the safety of the victim and their family members. Cases are assigned from a variety of sources to include self-sought services and referrals from SAPR hotlines, local domestic violence agencies, training classes, JFHQ-State identification, investigator identification, and medical or mental health provider identification. Provides continuity of care and ensures coordination with all applicable National Guard functions, State SAPR and DPH. During medical and investigation procedures court/administrative proceedings, and related processes. Conducts risk assessments of individuals to determine immediate needs and evaluates safety and levels of risks; provides emotional support and guidance to victims in crisis while addressing the individual's needs and desires. Provides crisis intervention in the immediate aftermath of sexual assault or domestic violence/abuse and develops safety plans based on initial and ongoing risk assessments.
2. Under guidance and direction of DPH/Behavioral Health Officer the incumbent provides direct services to identified families experiencing domestic abuse utilizing an early intervention model designed to stop the abuse, promote healthy family interactions, and reduce incidences of initial and recurrent family maltreatment among military families of more complex cases. Conducts assessments, to identify risk factors and assist clients to formulate safety plans; and designs and implements goals and objectives for service plans. Analyzes and evaluates assessment data gathered to provide initial planning and provide follow-up interventions with clients regarding identified risk factors. Develops and maintains a relationship with families through case closure making appropriate modifications to safety planning as needed. Maintains active liaison with government and non-government organizations to assure adequate coordinated treatment services. Collaborates with the local court systems, child welfare and civilian law enforcement agencies regarding family maltreatment and/or sexual assault cases.
3. Serves on the JFHQ-State sexual assault prevention and response (SAPR) Case Management team and ensures State SAPR is kept abreast of victim's status/case. For SAPR cases, consults regularly with the State SAPR on ongoing cases. For domestic abuse cases, consults regularly with the DPH on ongoing cases. The victim advocate ensures the DPH is aware of victim's situation and makes written entries in the victim's Family Advocacy Program (FAP) client case record. The documentation will be labeled and identified as a "Victim Advocate Note," the content of which will be non-clinical in nature.
4. Facilitates or assists in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of sexual assault prevention and response and interpersonal violence prevention training for all JFHQ-State personnel, leadership, deploying personnel, volunteer or collateral duty Victim Advocates, and other key functional stakeholders to include annual refresher SAPR training. Coordinates guest speakers, arranges announcements and marketing, and coordinates logistics for the various training activities. Promotes awareness of sexual assault and interpersonal violence prevention in the community by performing outreach activities in the preparation for and implementation of the Sexual Assault Awareness Prevention Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month campaigns. Plans and coordinates prevention and awareness for other programs.
5. Serves as liaison with community agencies and resource providers to implement programs and services regarding advocacy for victims, child behavior management/developmental strategies, communication and family cohesiveness and sexual assault. Maintains a program data referral collection log reflecting program transactions and activity for the FAP. Utilizes an office automation system that uses a word processing software package to develop, edit, and update program service files. Provides public relations and marketing promoting victim services to JFHQ-State and community personnel to include family members.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

As an International Partnership Specialist (Title 32), GS-0301-11, you will perform the below duties:

1. Plans, coordinates, and executes the State Partnership Program between the state and the partner country. Ensures all actions taken are within the framework, support of, and in concert with international agreements such as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Charter on a distinctive partnership. These partnerships are predicated upon written agreement between NATO, United States European Command (USEUCOM), National Guard Bureau (NGB), and the participating nations of which most are classified as former Soviet Union or non-aligned states. Develops, coordinates, and obtains approval for the five year SPP plan based on requests from United States (U.S.) Ambassador to partner country, partner country's Ministry of Defense, and geographic Commander-in-Chief (CINC). Coordinates and obtains approval through The Adjutant General to NGB, CINC, and where warranted to the Interagency Working Group at Secretary of Defense/Secretary of State level.
2. Maintains continual liaison with the partner country through the Military Liaison Team (MLT) and the Defense Attaché Office stationed in the embassy of the partner nation. Conceptualizes, plans, coordinates, and executes Familiarization Visits to include visits sponsored by the United States America Information Service (USAIS). The partner nation participates in visits in which the host state is the organization of primary responsibility (OPR). Membership in the visiting delegation may consist of both military and civilian authorities from the partner nation. Visiting delegations often consist of military personnel of the highest rank as well as civil authorities of cabinet level equivalency. Incumbent is responsible for the execution of the event from start to finish. Attention to detail, as well as strict protocol considerations, is of paramount importance. The primary purpose of these visits is to demonstrate and familiarize the visiting delegation with the procedures and policies pertaining to the operation of the National Guard within the military structure of the U.S. as well as how the National Guard provides support to civil authorities.
3. Coordinates and executes visits to the partner nation by military members and civilian personnel. Coordinates with the U.S. State Department, Department of Defense (DoD), NGB, Commander in Chief of European Command (CINCEUR), embassy staff of both the U.S. and partner nation, and U.S. Transportation Command when military air is utilized for all aspects of the event.
4. Serves as the focal point for joint and combined military exercises between the state and the partner nation, which may include other state's partner nations, both in the U.S. and overseas. In conjunction with the state command structure and the member nation's military leadership, the SPPC develops scenarios for deployment of the State National Guard soldiers and airmen. Because of the number of entities involved and the delicate balance that must be maintained, the incumbent must remain vigilant and cognizant of the protocol of such actions. Responsible for coordinating the many details that are inherent with military exercises. The utilization of a single coordinator, in this function, is necessary because of the possibilities for misunderstanding of boundaries of authority and responsibility. Takes a myriad of considerations into account in planning and executing National Guard participation in foreign military exercises and coordinates with the U.S. State Department, DoD, CINCEUR, MLT, various Service Secretariats, embassy staff members, NGB, and the partner nation's counterparts. At the onset of the SPP, the deployments of both state National Guard and partner nations may be small; however, requirements for coordination become more complex as the size of the rotational deployments increase from squad to larger formations as the program matures.
5. Oversees the development of proposed SPP events with partner country. Ensures events are submitted to NGB, U.S. State Department, Interagency Working Group where warranted, and geographic CINC for approval. Oversees the executing unit to ensure they stay within the parameters defined for the state event.
6. Responsible for coordination of the preparation of all country clearance messages, event travel, and support requirements, to include the number of people traveling, dates, air/ground transportation, meals, and hotels. Serves as the point of contact for scheduled training/educational activities throughout the state for multiple annual events with the partner country and or countries. Ensures U.S. personnel deploying to partnership country receive proper security and customs orientation briefings. Provides feedback to the Joint Chiefs of Staff personnel on trends, issues, and state concerns regarding partnership country when determined necessary.

1. Installs, maintains and repairs a variety of electronic components, related devices and equipment from fixed, semi-fixed and mobile facilities. 2. • Provides expert guidance and briefings on matters relating to security vulnerabilities and threats to DTIC's systems and data.
• Organizes complex and long-term cybersecurity related efforts including Zero Trust implementation to harden the Center’s software factory and other enhanced security countermeasures.
• Conducts systems security evaluations, audits, and reviews to assess security events to determine impact and implement corrective actions.
• Leads, reviews, and recommends execution of mitigation actions for incidents and performs a continuing assessment of the DTIC’s network operations and security posture.
• Evaluates adequacy and/or develops new or revised information security policy, standards, and procedural guidance for the protection of information technology systems.
• Researches security capabilities/solutions and recommends acquisitions related to current and proposed technical solutions, documents processes, and contributes to architectural changes.

• Provide advanced practice clinical nursing, administrative and organizational skills in managing the continuity of care for the beneficiary populations.
• Provide oversight and input to nursing practice matters.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings, identify potential case management clients through health planning assessments, review of the multiple databases and points of contacts available for the specified population.
• Screen all potential case management clients within established timeframe after identification for appropriateness/benefit of case management services to client and/or institution.
• Interview and counsel potential case management clients within established timeframe as to services needed to optimize current health/psychosocial status and benefits of case management services.
• Conduct extensive evaluation of case management patients to establish in detail and specificity the nature of their continuity of care needs as well as causal and contributing conditions and circumstances.
• Interface with local, state and federal agencies responsible for financing alternative programs which DoD beneficiaries may be entitled to receive.
• Act as Nurse Consultant through holistic approach to address health care needs in collaboration with all health team members to include the patient and the patient's family as warranted.
• Screen all potential case management clients within established timeframe after identification for appropriateness/benefit of case management services to client and/or institution.

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following:

• Serve as a team leader coaching, facilitating, and mentoring the team members.
• Apply technical expertise in reviewing, coding, and processing a wide range of Personnel actions for a large customer base.
• Communicate to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review.
• Make adjustments to accomplish the workload in accordance with established priorities to ensure timely accomplishment of assigned team tasks.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information.
