In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices for all Group companies and handling ad-hoc purchase ledger queries under the supervision of the Purchase Ledger Coordinator. You will maintain the suspense accounts, ensuring timely authorisation of invoices, and manage the filing of invoices and matching with purchase orders. Additionally, you will need to liaise with suppliers for account reconciliations, collate company card statements and receipts, and monitor accounts emails to ensure all messages are appropriately addressed. You will also work with business support regarding procedures for expenses and credit cards, download and check expense statements, and administer company petty cash and related documentation.

Working for a leading organisation in Rotherham you will provide support to the business covering HR Admin Assistant duties and PA Support. This vacancy is to cover sick leave and is required for approximately 3 months until January 2025. This could be extended but due to the urgent requirement, we ask that applicants be able to start work on a temporary basis quickly and not be on a notice period.

Your new role
You will support the organisation with HR Assistant duties and PA Support. The main remit of the job will be to support with HR, mainly employee life cycle processes including onboarding new starters, induction, line manager queries, absence reporting, employee record updates and recruitment where required.
The role will also include PA to MD duties including; inbox management, creating reports, expense management, senior leadership team support and contact to the Director.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must be able to start temporary work quickly and not be on notice.
The successful candidate will have good experience and knowledge of HR processes
PA experience is required or a high level of business support administration.
Be able to start in Rotherham.
