Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (Informatics) operates within a multidisciplinary informatics team, offering specialized support in the design, execution, and ongoing optimization of clinical data analysis to drive improvements in care delivery and operational strategies. Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Uses SQL (and other programming languages) and data-related tools to extract, transform, load, analyze, and visualize data to support clinical decision-making and healthcare operational needs.
• Supports data mining and advanced analytics, including trend analysis and forecasting, to enhance clinical decision-making and operational strategies.
• Leverages clinical pharmacy knowledge to develop, implement, and optimize clinical decision support tools such as order sets, clinical reminders, and drug therapy alerts. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that informatics solutions align with best clinical practices.
• Applies clinical pharmacy skills to support the integration of informatics tools with clinical workflows. This includes assessing the impact of new informatics technologies on medication management processes and recommending improvements that enhance both patient safety and clinical efficacy.
• Incorporates new data tools and systems, including predictive modeling, Al tools, Tableau, Pyramid Analytics, Power Bl, and other emerging technologies.
• Utilizes clinical knowledge to guide the interpretation of data analytics in a way that enhances pharmacotherapy outcomes. Provides clinical insights when designing reports and dashboards that inform medication use patterns, therapeutic efficacy, and patient safety initiatives.
• Conducts quality control procedures, implements check systems, and evaluates results to apply corrective actions and avoid adverse outcomes.

• Participate in developing plans for the acquisition, management and disposal of real property interests.
• Provide real property management support services by conducting research and coordinating with other more senior Realty Specialists.
• Review, analyze and make recommendations and justifications regarding requests for leases, licenses, permits, easements, out-grants, disposal and changing utilization of property.
• Prepare standard rights of entry, out-grants, permits, easements, licenses, and leases to other government agencies, private corporations and individuals.
• Prepare reports by inputting data into appropriate authoritative information systems.

• Responding to victim inquiries via phone, e-mail, letters and fax, providing initial screening of victim concerns, and determining program eligibility for victim-witness services.
• Maintaining accurate resource materials that identify available counseling and treatment programs in the jurisdiction. Receiving calls and correspondence from victims and witnesses concerning a variety of difficulties they may experience as a direct result of a crime.
• Providing information to victims on schedule changes, status of defendant's please, results of trial and whether a defendant is incarcerated and for how long, opportunities to address the court, and post-sentencing notification.
• Orienting victims to the Crime Victim Compensation Program; and providing information on how to contact the program and submit an application.
• Coordinating with various law enforcement agencies as needed to assist victims with the return of their property being held as evidence, or to obtain copies of reports needed for securing services and assistance from other programs.
• Assisting VW staff other support staff with logistics of court events, as necessary, by dealing with concerns or problems of employers and creditors, preparing witnesses to testify by explaining processes and procedures and resources available to them, providing information on restitution to AUSAs, and forwarding Victim Impact Statements to U.S. Probation.
