Full time hours on a temporary basis

• The day to day delivery of core housing repairs service. This includes technical support providing full administrative duties to run operationally the voids, planned maintenance and reactive repairs sections.
• Receipt and dealing with repair enquiries, requests, complaints, comments, work scheduling and making appointments.
• To be proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and maintaining existing improvements.
• To carry out basic diagnostic questioning over the phone to establish what repairs is/are required.

With the key objective of driving improvements throughout financial reporting within their improvement project. Key to this is the continuous delivery actioning of timely, precise, and accurate production of financial reports.
This position offers the successful applicant project management skills to deliver improved financial management reports, streamlining processes and timescale improvements for all statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Alongside BAU your project duties will extend to:

• Group consolidations and developments that will improve the team improvements.
• Enhancing all entities reporting whilst ensuring substantial improvements.
• Encouraged, to review complex data and appropriately challenge and optimise work.
• Reviewing intercompany requirements and timely deadlines.
• Presenting new ways of working to include supply chain margin analysis, whilst establishing best practice.
• Managing cross-functional teams in driving projects through business case assessment and investment, appraisal to implementation.
• Utilising knowledge of the wider global market and understanding business capabilities to apply change whilst formulating improved managerial decisions.

Other duties:
• Ensuring the timely delivery of all management reporting.
• Cash flow management and forecasting.
• Business partnering throughout to achieve goals.
• Overseeing the working with the auditors.

To be considered you will ideally be a chartered accountant – with experience working on big business, high volume, and stock centric, company audits. Up to date with IFRS coupled with extensive consolidation knowledge.

Clinical responsibilities To provide general surgical care for the Consultants patients in consultation with the consultants and other medical staff and provide care for all patients when on call. Attend new and follow up general surgery clinics. Participate in weekly multi-disciplinary meetings. Participate in theatre lists for elective and emergency patients. Core responsibilities Communicate and work collaboratively with all members of the surgical team. Communicate effectively and sensitively with patients and relatives about all aspects of their clinical care. Always maintain patient confidentiality. Maintain legible and accurate documentation in the clinical records. Governance Assist with quality assurance, audit programmes and managing resources and budgets, when necessary. Engage with the incident reporting system, Datix Assist in development or review of Clinical Guidelines in all areas. Professional Development Identify and maintain support networks and clinical supervision. Be responsible for maintaining personal and professional development. Reflect on own practice and identify any educational or development needs in relation to this role. Ensure that any individual training and educational needs are met to ensure clinical competence and expertise. Duties of this post To provide, with Consultant supervision, general Paediatric and Neonatal services within George Eliot NHS Trust for the prevention, diagnosis and management of illness and the proper functioning of the department To undertake General Paediatric Outpatient Clinics and other special interest clinics as appropriate to the skills/interests of the post holder The post holder undertakes to perform additional duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances Undertake administrative duties associated with the care of patients (including activity data as required) in line with Trust On Call Duties To participate in the 1:6 middle grade rota The rota is a combination of long on call days (08.30-21.30), Clinic days and SPA time. To participate in the resident 12 hour shift night rota. These are on weekday nights (21.00-09.00). There is a rest day provided directly before and after each night shift. There are no night shifts routinely on Saturday or Sunday as the consultant team covers them. To perform urgent (acute) Child Safeguarding Medicals when the concern is in the category of physical abuse. The on call Consultant would always be available to support with such cases as needed.

Undertake and documents a comprehensive, systematic and accurate nursing assessment of the physical social and spiritual needs of the patients where appropriate. Creates and utilizes opportunities to promote health and well-being of patients in their care. Leads a nursing team to manage a group of patients throughout a shift. Ensure that all staff working within the Policies, Procedures of the Trust in line with NMC Guidance Positive attitude to continuing professional education in order to enhance knowledge, skills and attitudes needed for safe and effective nursing practice. Maintaining standards by ensuring that evidenced based practice underpins all nursing inventions. Participate in Trust Appraisal system Liaises with Ward/Department Team, other Wards and Departments as appropriate to ensure patients receive optimum care.
