Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a day-to-day supply cover basis. As a supply cover SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' educational and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with a range of SEN.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Support classroom teachers in managing student behavior and engagement.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
• Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your role as a full time Warehouse Coldstore Picker:

• Picking items within the freezer department (upto -25 degrees) PPE provided (freezer boots, gloves, trouser and jacket)
• Using manual handling best practices as part of the picking process

Undertake and documents a comprehensive, systematic and accurate nursing assessment of the physical social and spiritual needs of the patients where appropriate. Creates and utilizes opportunities to promote health and well-being of patients in their care. Leads a nursing team to manage a group of patients throughout a shift. Ensure that all staff working within the Policies, Procedures of the Trust in line with NMC Guidance Positive attitude to continuing professional education in order to enhance knowledge, skills and attitudes needed for safe and effective nursing practice. What skills and experience we're looking for
