主要職責：

- 深入了解我們的產品/服務，並有效地向潛在客戶傳達其功能和優勢。
- 與潛在客戶建立融洽的關係，積極傾聽他們的需求，並據此調整你的宣傳。
- 提供有說服力的銷售宣傳並克服異議，將潛在客戶轉化為客戶。
- 準確記錄所有互動、更新客戶資料並維護綜合資料庫。
- 達到或超過月度和季度銷售目標和 KPI。
- 跟進那些表現出興趣但尚未做出承諾的潛在客戶。
- 透過解答詢問、解決問題並確保客戶滿意度，提供卓越的客戶服務。
- 隨時了解產業趨勢、競爭對手和客戶偏好，以便相應調整銷售策略。
- 準備並提交定期銷售報告以追蹤績效並確定需要改進的領域。
要求： -
- 至少 4 年電話銷售或對外銷售經驗，最好是在類似行業。
- 較強的口頭和書面溝通能力。
- 出色的人際交往能力和快速建立融洽關係的能力。
- 以目標為導向，自我激勵，有實現目標的強烈慾望。
- 能夠獨立工作並作為團隊的一部分。
- 了解所提供的產品/服務以及令人信服地傳達這些資訊的能力。
