Key Responsibilities:

Project Engineer Duties:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned of projects.
• To liaise and coordinate with client, consultant, and contractors.
• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the drawings, construction plans, procedures, and specification. 
• Prepare daily report. 
• Attend site meetings 
• Implement, monitor and control of project site to ensure compliance with budget, quality, timely completion and safety requirement. 
• Execute assignment according to work schedule through proper planning.
• Ad-hoc related engineer task. 
• Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experienced in a project engineer role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Candidates must possess with bachelor’s degree in mechanical and civil of study. 
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), AutoCAD
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

5.5 Working Days 

· To provide Architectural Design and Project Management expertise and related services

· To assign and supervise particular project-related presentation (technical/submission) tasks performed by a team of Technical Executives

· Good degree in Architecture from a recognized University

· Minimum 5 - 7 years of architectural practice experience

· Ability to work independently and lead a team of Junior Architects in large scale projects

· Applicants who are registered with Board of Architects will be an advantage

· Proficient in Contract Administration

· Proficient in Local Authority requirement and Building Codes

· A flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing

· Conversant with construction practices

· Meticulous, strong planning, good organizational skills, supervisory experience and good project management skills required

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other commonly used software applications
