Positions are based within our busy Care at Home service Monday to Friday reporting directly to the Team Managers. You will be responsible for supervising a team of front line Care at Home Assistants and Senior Care at Home Assistant by co-ordinating, scheduling and monitoring safe, quality and effective delivery of services supporting service users to maintain independent within their own homes.

Randstad CPE are working with a National FM provider and we are currently looking for a HVAC Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is covering a large static site in Irvine.

You will be responsible for the supervision of a team of engineers, sub-contractors and any other specialists attending the client's premises. You will also assist Managers in the efficient use of labour and materials by co-ordinating all planned and reactive maintenance work across designated portfolio of premises.

Duties

• Ensure self and team carry out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety procedures, Codes of Practice and Statutory Regulations
• Undertake supervision, coaching, support and development for team members
• Day to day management of relevant employees including conduct, performance, attendance and capability.
• Build effective relationships with the client, answering queries, keeping them informed about site activities and developments
• Identify opportunities for, and then organise and manage to completion, any additional works in accordance with any repair and replacement contractual requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Customer Services team queries

Qualifications

• Can demonstrate understanding and leading by example for health and safety. Understands the relevance of tool box talks and safe systems of working.
• Holds relevant professional qualifications (e.g. mechanical, electrical, building services, air conditioning/refrigeration) - minimum standard C&G level III or equivalent
