This is a permanent role on a full-time basis but we will consider part time. This role will office based.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,677 to £29,697 per annum and benefits depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver our mission ‘helping every child with a life-threatening condition live their best life’
Support the Fundraising team to grow our fundraising income in 2025
Ability to work Microsoft programmes
Deal accurately with incoming donations, banking and recording them on a database
Enter and maintain accurate data entry records into the Fundraising CRM in a timely manner
Liaise with the accounts team to ensure that strict month-end deadlines are achieved
We are looking for a Data Administrator who:
Can work flexibly
Comply with all policies and procedures
Work independently and as part of a team
Has a keen eye for detail
Proven experience of using a CRM system
Experience handling cash and banking
A willingness to learn
